rockerpark series launch
(a streetball challenge for musicians)
RockerPark, a streetball game for members of bands to collect sports equipment to be donated to public schools. An event for the Rock Ed P.E. Project. FutKal demo games were held as well between the basketball showdowns between the rock stars of Rock Ed.
Featured the athletes of: Dicta License, Urbandub, Chicosci, Admit One, Terno Recordings, Hilera, The Ambassadors, Sponge Cola, Pupil, Greyhoundz, Queso, Ciudad, Bagetsafonik, Kjwan, and many more!
A full band set up.. Talo-tugtog. Brought to you by Toby's. Please donate old basketballs, volleyballs, rackets, etc. Toby's will also sell basketballs and other sports equipment to be donated to the RockED P.E. Drive

| | the light was beautiful. the equipment was archaic. vittoria was bored. my fingers were itchy. my mind was curious. a conflict was remembered. a conflict needed to be settled. it's not in the equipment you use. i think the photos i admire most aren't great for me because of the camera the photographers use.. i've seen great photos taken from the phone. i've seen spectacular photos from point and shoot cameras. i've admired many photos not knowing the equipment they use. i was taught that whatever i take, it has to first make my inner self move.. so deeply, that i would want to capture it and show it to others.. to make they inner selves move as well.. hopefully as deep or even deeper... so let's settle it. CANON is the best.. hahahahah.. JEZZ KIDDING...:p Let's just raise our goblets and start clicking away:) |

| | i learnt new things today: (not all are photography related;p)
1. reflectors are my best friends.
2. i cannot trust my LCD.
3. i will not sell vittoria.
4. multiply is heaven sent.
5. i will no longer wear sando to an on-location shoot.
6. i can go out in the nude.. coz i have burnt arms for sleeves and a burnt neckline as well. thus.. i also learnt that i should always use sunblock..
7. i should not always shoot in manual. (i always thought it gave me best results at daytime... poor me)
8. i still think tropical palace is the BOMB!
9. bisaya people rock my world.
10. i should not trust hormones.
11. i should not meddle.
12. i should save more money.
13. i will definitely buy the 50mm.
14. i cannot direct! and i should hire/marry/date/be taught by one...
15. there is sooooo much to learn with what I'm doing that i cannot learn it only till February.
16. there's so much to love that i cannot love only till February.
17. there's so much to settle. that i think i want to stay beyond February.
18 lenses are my temptations..
19. shadows are my dreams..
20. tabasco is my alarm clock..
21. images are my life..
22. i am EVER BURNING!!!!!

yes, it was sort of memorable..

i don't quite remember..
but celebrating with these girls made me think..
each birthday should be memorable..
it's not only at 18 that we look back on our past.
we do it every birthday.
even if it isn't ours.
birthdays just remind us to look back.
so i did.. and it was very amusing..
